GhostScript and LC

We are using Ghostscript and PDFtk Server (https://www.pdflabs.com <https://www.pdflabs.com/>) on Windows 7/10 to create and combine 2 PDFs and password protect them using LC´s  shell() function.
Works w/o a problem for years now.
