As i wrote already in a post to a similar topic, i mostly can see this behaviour here on Mac OS X when in debug mode. When i then scroll, the line number very often do not update anymore, even if i jump into the next statement (CMD-i).
I then have to stop the script, close the script editor. After that it is working again until it happens again.
