revMoveFolder on Windows

[Knapp Martin]

Well this turned out to be a default folder issue. So just before I move the folder, I set the default folder to something other than where the user stacks are stored and then the move works fine. It only seems to be an issue on Windows. Thanks to Ralph and Brian.
