revMoveFolder on Windows

I've seen that with Excel with either the file or the folder(can't remember). I opened a spreadsheet and closed it but the file/folder was still locked until I closed Excel.

I think programs can lock a folder by having it set as the default folder (or it could just be a side effect of them storing something there).  I’ve seen it every once in a while in other programs, but can’t remember the last time.  I have not tried to see if I could reproduce in LiveCode yet.  Ralph’s suggestion sounds like a good thing to try.
