Bug in how LC handles sentences

Ha! I would *never* get my editors to let a sentence starting with a
number, to go through. It will always come back to me with markup.

"Number at beginning: spell out."

Search for "Can I begin a sentence with a number?"

Of course, it is just a "writer's convention", but it is a strongly
enforced one.
