LC on Windows - slow for others or just me?

>From time to time I need to run LC in Windows to track down a Windows Only issue with my code. I have also seen less than responsive behavior with the SE, as well as the issue of actually missing keystrokes. And I am running a VM from an SSD, on a MacOS ALSO running on an SSD. Local performance is definitely not an issue.
