iOS / Android differences on a scrolling list field

Hello,

I’ve a card with a scrolling list field. On iOS, the user can scroll the field (with native scroller) and then select (hilite) a line like expected. 
On Android, as soon as you touch the field, there is an hilitedline and then the scroll. It’s not really  expected and nice.

Is there a method to avoid this ?
