Inspector - resizable or not?

Hi Richard,

This is probably a bug. We were discussing that with Mark Wieder in this
report: http://quality.livecode.com/show_bug.cgi?id=19880

If you are on Ubuntu and have found a reproducible recipe please add it to
the report :)
