Versions 7.1.1 and 8.1.3 no long working properly

When all else fails delete the prefs...
Win10==> C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\RunRev\Preferences
Mac High S==>Users/USERNAME/Library/Preferences/RunRev

It's possible the tools pallette is off screen. Try:

set the loc of stack "revTools" to the screenLoc;set the visible of stack "revTools" to true
