LC-ImageToolbox_v185

LC-ImageToolbox_v185 adds Color-Dithering which does a 1-Bit-Dithering for
each of the R-G-B-channels (1-Bit-Methods: Atkinson, Burkes, Floyd-Steinberg,
Javis-Judice-Ninke, Sierra-twoRow, Stucki).
