Smaato was one of my early options because you can link it to AdMob and
DoubleClick accounts but they, like many others, only have native iOS and
Android SDKs which requires LC9 (which even now doesn't fully support iOS
Obj-C Frameworks just yet). <LC81.6 users need to use some kind of web call
system.

Having said all that, I just did a bit of deep digging and found that they
refer to AdTag which appears to be the same thing (it seems there is no
universal name for it). There is some documentation nicely hidden on their
site that tells you how to use it.
