Update to Dash docset maker

I have just updated the make_docset stack to generate a Dash compatibile documentation set for use by Dash (on the Mac) and the other Dash compatible readers on other platforms.

The new documentation set for LC9 dp 10 has also been submitted to the Dash repository and should be available in a day or two to download if you don’t want to roll your own.
