How to edit Script Editor and SETemplate

I’ve got a couple of things I’d like to try with the Script Editor. I’m having a tough time figuring out how to edit revNewScriptEditor stack and specifically being able to make changes to revSETemplate. Can anyone give me a pointer on what I need to do so that I might be able to try some “enhancing” of the Script Editor?
