Built-in JSON functions not working in standalone

JSONToArray and ArrayToJSON are both in the dictionary, if these functions
don't do what they're advertised to do, then someone needs to revise the
dictionary

from the Livecode Dictionary:

JSONToArray

Syntax      JSONToArray(pJSON)
