Configuring a Sublime Text project to notify LiveCode IDE about updates to script only stacks

Nice. Thanks for all this work Trevor. I am looking forward to using Sublime Text as my defacto script editor. I hesitate to install a web server only because I don't feel comfortable exposing another web server to the internet from my employer's network. I would eventually have to explain why I did it, which would not make the least bit of sense to the owners. 

Otherwise I will have to set this up at home.
