How to make my app keep running in the bg

Folks:
Ok, I just tested my app with background audio turned on, but without setting mobileLockIdleTimer. The audio clip stayed playing to the end, but the app stopped running. It was supposed to advance to the next audio clip. So, in essence, it didn’t do what I needed it to do, which is to continue to play through a sequence of audio clips.

My solution is to use mobileLockIdleTimer. That keeps the app in front and does what I need.

BTW, I’m on OSX 10.11.6 and iOS 9, XCode 8

Best,
Bill
