LC supports PUT in addition to GET and POST?

I thought that only worked for FTP.   When was that added for HTTP?  I 
see that's now part of the Dict entry for "put", but the only version 
number is "1.0" for the introduction of the token, and I didn't see a 
note when libURL was updated with that.

I'm assuming DELETE works the same, yes?
