Debugger forgetting soft breakpoints

Yay, because nobody did any work on the debugger for 8.1 so it’s good that it didn’t break all by itself ;-)

For what it’s worth this thread prompted me to do some work for 8.2 fixing a couple of breakpoint dialog related issues.
