Using Apple maps on iOS

Hi,

I’m working on a mobile (iPhone) app and I’m a bit stuck at the map portion of it. 
The app is supposed to show a map with POI’s. when you tap the POI, the app should go to a card with information. 
After a bit of trial and error I was able to make a browser object on my card, but whenever I put an apple map URL in it, It will jump to either google maps or apple maps, depending on the scheme used. Further more, I don’t seem to be able to show multiple POI’s on the map.

Has anyone worked with this kind of map-usage before? is there a way to embed a map into a card and use the POI’s to navigate/jump to different cards?
