SpecialFolderPath("resources") workaround for Windows

I don't understand that Dictionary entry at all. There are no facilities for specifying a resource folder in the Standalone settings. I still don't see where the builder puts my (non-mainstack) resources, nor how my script can refer to it.
Can't help feeling I'm being stupid...
