HTML 5 Engine Download Again (and again and again?)

I go the promo newsletter, when to HH's site with demos

each on says "download only once"

but every time I swtich to another one… the engine downloads again.

4 minutes in one case, here with pretty good band width.  I don't think I could get anyone to sit/wait through that… 

Pretty much a non-starter…
