Android build woes again

Thanks.  I'd tried that and got the same error.  Weirder still, Prefs 
currently shows "(none)" for the JDK path BUT I can build standalones 
for Android just fine with v8.

Bug or feature? :)  After all, it's one less thing I've had to set and 
it all works well.
