I guess you'll have to find some other naif. ;) The conference is the 
absolute highlight of my year, which just goes to show what a cloistered 
geek I am, and the decision not to go was really tough. I bounced back 
and forth for a month but getting away wasn't possible. I already miss 
everyone.
