exitsOnSuspend hack dead

UGH!  DOUBLE-FACEPALMERY!  Not only is it exitsOnSuspend, but I had the
wrong substitution, duh.  "<false/>" works much better than "false".  Just
ignore this thread, or delete it.  Yeah.  Delete it.
