From the Dictionary, under Browser, others are mentioned, though I’ve not tried them.
BrowserDocumentLoad Complete pURL
BrowserNavigateComplete pURL
There’s also, among others:
BrowserNavigateFailed pURL, pError
BrowserDocumentLoadFailed pURL, pError
