Printing a revBrowser

If you look at Safari on a Mac it defaults to not printing backgrounds.

On inspection of the print dialogue box you will notice a checkbox to Print Backgrounds towards the bottom of the window.

On checking this box in Safari it prints the background but revBrowserPrint does NOT conform to this setting.
