<<app>> is no longer available

Check to see if the dev certificate or the provisioning profile have
expired. Also if you delete the old dev certificate and create a new one
then you have to reset the provisioning profiles(edit nothing and save) for
all your dev provision profiles. Any monkeying with provisioning profiles
require the app to be re-linked and re-installed on the device.

Subject: <<app>> is no longer avilable

One of our custom ios apps, that we have installed on multiple devices
internally, as of this morning is either crashing without message or putting
up the message that the app is no longer available. If I attempt to
uninstall and reinstall it, no joy. I check the provisioning profile, and
it is current.
