Release 8.0.0 DP 6

After a suggestion from James Hale the problem closing the script editor seems to be caused by a plugin, so now I need to work through and find the culprit, James had an issue with lcStackBrowser, I’ll report back when I find what caused this problem.

The crashes using a menu button still exists, but I’ve now found this affects LC Indy 7.1 also. (bug report: http://quality.runrev.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16074).
