[ANN] mergAV 4, mergBanner 2 & iOS 8.3 builds

[Magicgate Software - Skip Kimpel]

Is it updated on the public document side?  I do not have access to the
backend, downloadable version as I need to renew my subscription so maybe
that is where the disconnect is.
