GitHub starter guide?

Not sure of anyone has mentioned sourcetree which is a very good gui from atlassian which integrates with bitbucket and GitHub. Last time I checked the actual github app was a bit useless. Command line isn't that complicated though.

But the git pro book that others have linked to is definitely worth the read.
