Underscore uncomment bug in OSX

Hi Jerry,

using your stack commenting and uncommenting works from the keyboard using
MacOSX 10.9.5 and
LC 7.1 DP1
LC 6.6.5

have you assigned a system wide shortcut via system preferences -> keyboard
by any chance? Just a guess.
