Storing and saving a setting in a stand alone

This restriction in Yosemite causes big issue if you want to hack the
LiveCode ide. On Windows the LC ide stacks are stored in a sub directory of
the users AppData folder which allows modifications to be made to the LC ide
stacks. You cannot now do this in Yosemite and it will prevent any plugins
utilities (including my Script Editor Themer) that need to amend the LC ide
from working correctly.

A workaround which one of my customers is using is to move the whole LC app
bundle outside of the App directory but obviously this is not ideal.
