[Beginner] Launch URL from fld "fldTitle"

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't believe that helps my situation.
The URL that launches has a bunch of garbled text, however if I copy the
text from the text box and paste it into the browser it works.  Something
is garbling my text.  Not just %20, but all kinds of characters are
appearing in the URL.
