Checkboxs

As I generate forms with many checkboxes, I've actually constructed my own
from fields.  I needed them square, and not made of pixels, and the same
size already used by the forms.

I define "click groups" which share a behavior, and the name of the fields
within the group set the value of the variable by their names, and vice
versa.
