Release 8.0 dictionary

Installed  it in Windows 7
Dictionary ( API mode) shows non-scrolling empty screen.
​when choosing "Guide" ​option of the dictionary it shows initial screen
but refuse to scroll .

Sure this will be fixed soon ?!
