Yeah - that's an engine bug that is currently on its way to being fixed.

Good question / good point. I don't use the IDE script editor much,
and certainly don't use the red-dot breakpoint feature, so I haven't
filed one. You should file one if there isn't one already. O really think
that whole mechanism should be rethought, though, so fixing the problem
may involve rewriting several chunks of the IDE.
