On-Rev server Pancake problems - old backup restored?

Dear folks,
We are currently working as fast as possible to resolve this issue.
I will be responding personally to the tickets in the on-rev queue as I now have some information to give you. Please be assured we have a very recent backup of accounts which is what we are using for the restoration, I do not recommend you spend effort in restoring your account yourself at this time.
