Custom Desktop Folders

Hi Ray,

Make a text file with Notepad. Save it in the folder as Desktop.ini. Use 
the following settings:

[.ShellClassInfo]
IconFile=Folder.ico
IconIndex=0
InfoTip=Some sensible information.
