The late great Eric Chatonet was able to help here (from of List Post a
long time ago):

rename folder <full path name> to specialFolderPath("empt") & "/" & "<short
name>"

empt ?

empty, maybe... Trash would have been logical,... but empt... Maybe I
should suggest specialFolderPath("Trash").
