LiveCode Commercial License

I have a 4.x Revolution Enterprise license.  Does LiveCode
have everything I could do in Enterprise like cryptography &
sqlite etc.?  Is there anything I could do with my Enterprise
license I cannot do with all versions of LIveCode?
