Thanks. That would have been a bit too far to walk.

Our client is going to let it go for now, seeing as it only seems to be one device with that particular problem. We’ll no doubt have to fix whatever it is that’s wrong, if anyone out there sees the same issue. I’m not too worried, the feature that triggers the issue isn’t going to be the most common action people will take in the app, and few people who do will have that device.
