HTML representation of 'less than or equal to' - not cross-platform?

Which brings up a point that seems to be the 800 pound gorilla in the room. Bulleted lists, Special characters, seems like there ought to be a way to set the Icon of a character to something. Problem solved. Buuuuut… it only works with stacks, apps and buttons.
