on-rev Client

I'm pleased to see that the On-Rev Client is working yet again, at least on Diesel, hopefully for much longer this time.

A huge thanks to David Williams for working on this during what must be such a busy time at RR.

Now if I can only figure out why sendmail doesn't appear to be working…
