Server Scripts Editor

On OSX:
I use Espresso -- it's really intended for web editing.  Doesn't provide
any special benefits for LC script editing, but includes server upload,
browser preview, and file management.

Coda is supposed to be good (same as above).

I read good things about SublimeText.
