I was fairly feverish that night; running a temperature of about 39 degs 
C by the time I gave up and went to bed.

That is why I didn't get round to trying to do that.

Those answers don't satisfy one little bit; I suppose I shall just have 
to remain dissatisfied:
but, Hey, I'm tough, I can handle it, I've weathered worse 
disappointments in my time . . . LOL

I'm very glad that Scott came up with a way to do that.
