nothing from STDOUT for LiveCode CLI on Windows

I think I have some temporary workarounds.

I can use ‘open process’ instead of ‘shell()’ to use the standalone as a command-line process.  This is fine.

In the command window I can use ‘start /w’ to use the standalone as a command-line process.  This is a little embarrassing, but I can ship this.
