Trapping errors when a stack opens

Nasty cough you have there Mark!
Unfortunately, this will be running on other folks computers so can't rely
on them having PowerDebug installed.
Strange thing about this is that if I open the stack with the opening
errors from the IDE File menu, it shows up in the Application Browser so
somehow the IDE is able to get the info to the Application Browser. Looked
at the code for the IDE File Menu Open Stack command and don't see anything
special in there.
