revTools palette loading dead-centre

You are on Windows? On my several Macs, the tools palette always loads where I last left it, always at the topleft of my screens.

This is an ongoing problem that has persisted ever sine the start of the 
Community versions.

On start up the revTools.rev palette loads in the center of one's 
monitor right below the revMenubar.rev
stack rather than off to one side. Because of the nature of the revTools 
drag bar it is well-nigh impossible
to dra it to a new position:
