[ANN] Emulated button with gradient

I was just going to invent something like this myself, due to the odd behaviour of 'standard' buttons on Mac when you resize them (the gradient disappears) - so it's most welcome. I find the resize doesn't work quite as expected, but I'm sure I can tweak it to fit.
