[OT] Google Chrome Is The New C Runtime

Hi All,

I found really insightful, RunRev's decision of using
Skia, the 2D rendering engine of Chrome. 
(https://code.google.com/p/skia/) for LiveCode. 

Hopefully, we will see more of Skia unique features
in future Livecode's releases.
